Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders being shipped to Florida are subject to Florida sales tax.
Shipping:
"Standard" shipping for merchandise is via the United States Postal Service. Delivery confirmation number is provided. Standard shipments may be insured for an additional charge. "Rush" shipping for merchandise is via United Parcel Service. We reserve the right to employ alternative shipping methods which do not increase length of delivery time.
Returns:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement, refund, or credit within 30 days of receipt. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Your return shipping expense will not be refunded except in the case of incorrect merchandise having been shipped and approval for the return having been granted. Prior approval is required for all returns. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
